Double room for single use with breakfast
Suite (double room + adjoining living room with fireplace) *: bs EUR 50.00 / a.s. euro 60.00 per person
* A third bed may be added for a supplement of €30.00. For children up to the age of three, a crib may be added for a supplement of €20.00.

- Low season: 1 September to the last week of July;
- High season: last week of July to 31 August; Carnival (winter and summer).

CONDITIONS
All prices are treated as fixed exept special offers. Prices are per night in B & B accommodation.
Rooms are available for guests from 3pm. If you plan to arrive later than 7pm, we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance. Rooms must be vacated by 10am so that cleaning can take place. Late checkout will be charged as one extra night.
Breakfast will be served during the summer outside in the garden under the shade of our centuries-old cypress, or in winter in our antique greenhouse, "Sweet Sunset".
The breakfast buffet is served from 8.30 am to 10am
We’re happy to discuss providing additional breakfast items, although you will be charged for any changes to the standard breakfast. An entirely organic breakfast is available for 10 euros
Animals are not permitted inside the house, but we have a dedicated area outside for them.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.
There is no smoking inside the house.
Booking cancellation fees:
- if cancelled two to four weeks before arrival there will be penalty of 30% of the total bill;
- if cancelled one to two week before arrival, there will be a penalty of 70% of the total bill;
- if cancelled within seven days of arrival, or if an departing before the agreed date, there will be a penalty of 100% of the total bill.
